Teacher, Explorer and Fellow, Royal Geographical Society
Fearghal is a Geography Teacher on a mission to make the world his classroom. He learned the world was round by circumnavigated the globe by bike and walked across Rwanda to research his Masters thesis. Fearghal is the winner of the 2017 Land Rover Bursary from the Royal Geographical Society and recently returned from a journey across Jordan in a modified Land Rover Discovery to explore how learning can be adventurous, as part of his Water Diaries project.
He also co-founded Kindness of Strangers and has just recently authored and launched “The Kindness of Strangers: Travel Stories That Make Your Heart Grow.”
